SEGES Innovation and its subsidiary Datalogisk are now joining forces in one community. The goal is to become Northern Europe’s largest supplier of planting programs for agriculture.
In 2024, SEGES Innovation took over the full ownership of Datalogisk, which has so far run as an independent subsidiary. Now the two parts of the group are bringing together their respective IT solutions, system landscapes, businesses and employees in one community.
“Instead of continuing to work in parallel in our own tracks, we are now joining forces in one community so that we can work in the same direction, make each other stronger and create even better products for the benefit of our customers. There is no doubt that together we can do more than individually,” says CEO Tom Heron from SEGES Innovation.
Næsgaard MARK/Agrinavia FIELD is not closing down now!
There is no need to worry about your data and functions in Næsgaard or Agrinavia FIELD.
“The existing products will continue and data will continue to be stored securely and in a secure manner. Likewise, the development and updating of the programs and their functions will also continue to be carried out,” says Birger Hartmann
But in the coming collaboration, it will be decided in the long term what the future portfolio of products and brands will look like – both at home and abroad.
Wants to be the largest in Northern Europe
The 19 employees in Datalogisk will in future be under the wings of SEGES Innovation’s digital department Crops, headed by director Jesper Riber Nielsen. Jesper Riber Nielsen says in this connection:
“We both have strong market positions with world-class products, satisfied customers and great potential for growth. Now we are joining forces for a common future. And the goal is clear: We want to be Northern Europe’slargest supplier of solutions for planning, management and documentation of plant production.”
